Like so many other creatives, I fell in love with my craft as a kid, obsessing over any sports writing I could get my hands on (Sports Illustrated, The Hockey News, and Hockey Heroes: Paul Kariya were particularly beloved). That love remained isolated in sports until my late teens when it spread rapidly to any story. 

Now, 27, I am a deeply passionate writer and editor who obsesses over my own work like it's a story written about a childhood hero, some 20-odd years ago.
